NIGHT CRISIS COMMITTEE
HFS MUN invites delegates from all over India, and among this consortium of talent, the crème de la crème of delegates are selected for the Night Crisis Committee. The delegates are selected based on their debate and diplomatic skills by the Executive Board of their committee and are given very little time to prepare for a crisis committee with agendas that may vex the best of us. The Night Crisis Committee occurs after a difficult day of MUN in the evenings and may sometimes even stretch into the smaller hours of the next morning. So perform your best to secure a spot at HFS MUN’s most challenging committee. Get ready for the Night Crisis!

Introducing to you, Kabir Kapoor, the Steve Rogers of NCC at HFS MUN. A born leader, Kabir is one of the iconic figures at HFS MUN conferences, consistently inspiring excellence and innovation. With his sharp intellect and unwavering dedication, Kabir brings a wealth of knowledge and a strategic mindset to every session, ensuring that each delegate leaves more enlightened and empowered. His presence is not just influential; it's transformative, making him an indispensable part of the HFS MUN legacy.
Kabir possesses numerous diverse talents. Being a jack of all trades, he has several hobbies. He’s an excellent basketball star; a pure hooper on the court. A bassist in his own time, he enjoys making music. Additionally reading books across different genres is his hobby as well as international politics. He loves following all world political news as a hobby. Dwayne Johnson’s personality is not even close to that of Kabir Kapoor because this guy does everything right by himself.
This time around however, Kabir has set his targets on ensuring that this year’s HFS MUN turns out to be the best ever organised so far. He desires to make sure that the delegates are able to deliver quality debate.
What makes him happy the most when it comes to participating in HFS MUN are the people. He loves seeing new faces push themselves and do better by the end of the conference. In addition, through cooperation with other EB members, he enjoys creating an atmosphere where delegates get motivated while having fun during these competitive sessions. He enjoys being professional and finds official documents not written using Times New Roman font unsettling (The Press Team agrees with Kabir). With his three brains (which I’m sure he has), everyone is in for an amazing time during the HFS MUN conference this year.

Introducing Aryaveer Singh, the brilliant and ever-so-unforgettable Director of the NCC at HFS MUN. Known for his razor-sharp intellect, relentless persistence, and an infectious sense of humour, Aryaveer is all set to turn this year’s conference into a legendary event. His journey with HFS MUN is nothing short of epic, building a legacy as vibrant as the conference’s reputation for excellence and top-notch hospitality.
Aryaveer’s passion for political debates is downright electrifying. He doesn’t just discuss global issues; he transforms debates into a thrilling roller-coaster ride through the wild world of international relations (his discussions are more exciting than a season finale of your favourite TV show; with every argument a plot twist you didn’t see coming). And when he's not navigating the labyrinth of geopolitics, you’ll find him binge-watching Netflix series or catching the latest Formula 1 race. Whether he’s dissecting a complex storyline or cheering for his favourite driver, Aryaveer’s interests add a delightful zing to his leadership style.
As the Director of the NCC, Aryaveer is committed to creating an exciting and memorable crisis arc for all delegates. His vision is to transform each session into an immersive experience where delegates are not just participants but active architects of solutions. The crises he orchestrates are designed to challenge conventional thinking, encouraging delegates to push the boundaries of their problem-solving skills. Under his guidance, the NCC committee promises to be a crucible of innovation and strategic thinking, where every decision made could potentially alter the course of debate.

Meet the Steven Spielberg of the NCC committee. A singer and an artist, Gia Fernandes is the confident and quick chair you need. Marie Curie coined radioactivity and at this point, one could say that Gia coined the term MUNing.
She’s fast and hardworking, just like her favourite Formula 1 cars (does she like Max or Lewis?). She loves the athletic sport of running, and she also enjoys ‘running’ the show at MUNs. She is extremely focused, and at this point her focus is to make every delegate a better version of themself.
Debate interests her immensely, and what is it that interests her in debate? The sarcasm, the tension, and her love for debate explain her love for MUNs. It’s very important for Gia to push delegates to do better. She firmly believes in finding creative solutions to problems and she has a natural ability to push everyone to their finest. She embodies not only the perfect delegate but the perfect chair!
Gia Fernandes is determined, ingenious, and ready to transform inexperienced MUNers into intelligent, capable delegates. As the perfect candidate to head the NCC committee, her leadership and vision ensure that every delegate will thrive under her guidance. Gia isn't just a Director; she is the answer to making this committee exceptional.
